This vase was a test for the various Ivory color variations on a Dark Ivory background

Here some copper chalcedony was placed in a freeform pattern over the fossil design

The result is a fractal and textured appearance that is wonderfully unpredictable

Here some copper chalcedony was placed in a freeform pattern over the fossil design. The bottom was dipped in Green chalcedony. There is some planning that goes into these pieces, but it often times needs a little extra something before I can stop!
