The Line - 1 Rebirth I thought the contrast ofPart of the current culture when CHiPs is giving away their food, is the line of people waiting to eat and take home pantry items. The people in the line are mostly quiet, in their own world, but when they get to the end, they meet a courteous and happy person who checks in with them and gives them their food.
